Alaska and Ketchikan

The internet has resulted in both voluntary sharing and covert amassing of personal information on a titanic scale. How do the denizens of AK Voice feel about having their information sitting in databases?

I can't help but notice that you don't have any options in favor of the amassing of personal information on a titanic scale, "it's fine" being the closest but demonstrating more a level of apathy or acceptance then enthusiasm. If it means more targeted advertising where I don't have to sit through another car, toy, or beer commercial than I am all for it. So am fine with large amounts of aggregate data being collected and analyzed, that said, I don't want anyone going through my email. But seeing as I'm not an Chinese human rights activist that shouldn't be to much of a problem yet.

So I guess in the absence of a better option I will vote "it's fine"
Yeah, it's definitely biased, that was unintentional though. And they aren't reading your email yet.
Tried to edit the poll, can't (yet?) unfortunately.
We never had real privacy anyways, at least not this generation. And all this cloud nonsense is stripping away the rest of it.
