my, my.... how easy does the dull tongue leap to where the sharp tongue belongs? quickly and proficiently in this case.... sure, to you something may seem stupid.... or unneeded.... but to others it could be full of meaning and/or humor.... for instance.... if anyone were to read up on a little graphic novel called SANDMAN.... by VERTIGO.... they would understand my seemingly useless dribble.... in fact, they would laugh at how witty i have twisted words that aren't my own into something quite on subject....

in short.... before you decide to belittle the words of another.... make sure they aren't saying something rather intelligent, whilest YOU are the simple minded student sitting, dunced in the corner of a classroom because you didn't study up on your dribble lessons....
