New Features

• The "My Account" and "Settings" pages have finally been combined. Hopefully this causes less confusion.
• Header shouts now only have a chance to show a negative rated shout 25% of the time.
• Site now has a read-only mode that is enabled by an admin. When this mode is enabled only administrators are allowed to login to the website, and all other users will automatically be logged out.
• You can now view all articles of a certain (greater than or equal to) rating by clicking on the rating number. This feature is currently very limited, and will be expanded on in the future
• Search | You can now filter your search results by article's rating
• Settings | You can now choose if the top header shout's rating and icons are always shown. By default this is off
• You are automatically directed to your new article once it is posted instead of showing a confirmation/link to the new article
• Settings | Compact Comments! You can now shrink the size of comments by choosing this setting. Avatars will be set to 16x16px instead of 60x60. In the future there will be other layout changes to the comments to make them smaller.
• You are now able to click on the location the article was posted directly from the article. (Example: the area that says Alaska and Ketchikan)

Content Changes

• Stickied articles now show the full time and date (instead of just the time) when hovering over its icon
• Settings | "Article List" settings changed to Articles and Comments
• Help page redesigned like new Categories and Locations pages
• Search query must now be at least 4 characters instead of 5
• Changed "My Profile" to "Profile"
• Admin/Mod Panel redesigned a bit

Technical

• When settings are changed and the cache and statistics are re-calculated: The script detects which users have an avatar that no longer exists and set it back to the default avatar
• The rating system has been optimized

New Features

• Version number == Release date. Example: 0.02.16 is February 16, 2012
• Settings | You can disable this site from keeping track of the articles you have read. More information on this feature can be found by clicking on the icon by the setting. Your privacy is important to us!
• Locations | You can now set your favorite locations. Each starred location will show up as a tab on every page

Content Changes

• Added an -Ownership- and -Memes- clause to the Terms of Service. Please review these new rules.
• Locations page is now a tab instead of a small button only on the content list. This page has been redesigned, and now shows the amount of members in each location
• The amount of users in a selected city is now on the city's content page
• Categories page redesigned like the new Locations page
• The Privacy settings page has been updated to be less confusing. (It shows a and instead of and )
• Tabs are now capitalized and a bit smaller
• Stickied articles are no longer shown on the Random page
• Stickied articles now show what kind of content they are (article, poll, news) instead of showing the sticky note for the icon
• Video attachment button is a little longer

Bug Fixes

• If a non-logged in user cached an article: Logged in users weren't able to post a comment. (This is the last of all reported bugs!)
• Latest news box can now be closed from a city page
• Next/Previous article buttons (the green arrows) are now fixed

Content Changes

• There is now a button to go back to a user's profile when viewing their full sized avatar
• The 404 page has been redesigned.
• You may now skip shouts in the header at any time. Originally you had to vote on them to see another one.

Bug Fixes

• Post Shout | Duplicate shouts are now detected, and will not be posted.
• On some profiles the "Latest Comments" pages went on forever even when there were no comments left. | Submitted by Anirath

Bug fixes

• About Me | Google Chrome was having issues with the Website and Blog fields | Submitted by Dark Soul Spawn
• About Me | Fixed problem where if you didn't have both Website and Blog fields filled out they wouldn't appear on your profile.
• About Me->Avatar | (Possibly) finally fixed problems with cropping avatars.

Bug fixes

• Settings | Website would lose all CSS styling when trying to change theme until next refresh
• Checkboxes across the whole site sometimes saved as unchecked. (jQuery 1.7 issue)
• Post Article | Telling the article to be published to the Alaska page sometimes wouldn't do so. Hopefully this is fixed!
