By using this website you must agree to obey the following rules, understand the consequences, and learn what we will do to protect your private information.

Rules

Any broken rules in the Terms of Service may cause you to receive a warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban from this website; Depending on the severity of the situation. Severe cases may result in you losing protection of the Privacy Policy (shown below.) Depending on the situation and who is involved, your information could be given out to the proper authorities.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to register for an account.
• Do not reveal the identity of any user. If someone chooses to hide their identity, then everyone, including Administrators and Moderators, must respect that decision by not attempting to reveal the user's identity or personal information in any way.
• No copyrighted or plagiarized material such as text from a book, music, photographs, etc. This is strictly forbidden, and will be removed immediately.
• No racially/sexually offensive material. Any content that is deemed racially offensive and/or sexually offensive will be deleted. Depending on the degree of and persons involved, it may be reported to the proper authorities.
• No pornographic material. Because this website will be viewed by minors, the viewing/sharing of pornography of any type is illegal. This includes pornography in all content, including avatars. Child pornography or other any other illegal type will be immediately reported to the proper authority.
  • Artistic nudity does not apply, so long as it does not include real people of any sorts (nude photography). Any nudity in the form of Hentai or other animation drawn with sexual content is also not allowed. Situations where artistic nudity may be allowed are in posts where the goal is to get creative critisism on your art, or create a discussion about the technical aspects of the piece.  Examples of appropriate artistic nudity are works from great artists such as Michelangelo, Da Vinci, or other famous artists.
• No disturbing material. This is mainly directed at the posting of Shock Sites. Knowingly misleading someone to a website or anything that contains this form of material is illegal in the United States of America. This includes private messages. Legal issues may reside depending on who the offended is.
• No threatening/harassing material. There is a 0% tolerance for threats and harassment on this website. Any form of threats/harassment, whether they may be self or out to another person may be reported to the proper authority, and your personal information will be given to them. (See the Privacy Policy)
  
• No slanderous/libel material. Posting anything that is/may be harmful to one's reputation is not allowed. Unless you have the definite facts you may not release false or rumored information about someone.
  

--- Removal of content – The Administrators have every right to remove any content or user from this website. The Moderators have every right to remove any content that is breaking any of the above rules.

--- Ownership – The content and opinions posted by individual users on this website are owned by that user, and it should not in any way be assumed that their opinions or actions are related to the owners or Administrators of this website. By accepting these Terms you accept that all users (yourself included) are legally responsible for what they post on this website.

--- Memes – Please do not post content that is commonly considered a "meme" on another website such as Reddit, 4chan, Facebook, 9gag, etc. This content includes things like rage comics, rage/troll faces, advice animals, etc. Although we respect and believe in freedom of speech: This kind of content is not usually valuable or relevant to discussions and should be avoided. Staff members hold the right to remove any of this content at any time.

All inappropriate material may not appear anywhere on the site. Whether posted directly into any content, or linked via text or URL, to a website with content that contains material deemed inappropriate in these Terms of Service.

AK Voice (Beta) will do its best to protect your identity and opinions, we are all about keeping your identity a secret if you want it that way, and we will never release your information to an individual wanting to know your identity.  However, under legal issues, we cannot withhold information from authorities or any governmental agency.  The only time AK Voice (Beta) will give away personal data, is if authorities or governmental entities request data through the Privacy Act.  We also reserve the right to give away your information under the breaking of any rules above that relate to illegal acts. The rules are there to protect you and keep you from breaking the law. Any broken rules in the Terms of Service/Rules will cause you to break the Privacy Policy, and your information may be given out.

• Information pertaining to illegal activity. If you are commiting any illegal activity on the website, and your information is requested by authorities, we cannot withold it from the police and will be given to them if the situation warrants.
• Information that is incriminating against oneself. If you are admitting to commiting illegal acts, it will most likely be taken as a serious note from a police officer or administrator, and cannot be withheld from the police and your information will be given to them if the situation warrants.
